My unique style of prayer began as a child. I would walk and talk with God, just like the early prophets of the Bible. During a car accident at age 17, I experienced a place of indescribable love while lying on the ground beside the vehicle.
A year later, I received my first knowing/message that eventually came true. While struggling to finance and survive my university years, I witnessed more strange coincidences. As more years passed, I had dreams, premonitions, messages/knowings, and visions. They all came true with God’s work visible within them. My belief in God became more pronounced, with an immense pull towards church and the sacraments.
God in My Life: How God Speaks to Me is my autobiography describing most of those encounters. We live our lives in the reality of this world and don’t factor in God’s role. I started seeing His work and couldn’t deny it as real. The problem was in the revelation of this knowledge.
How do I explain knowing predictions about myself and other people, or waking in the middle of the night to voices and visions? Where did they come from? Is disclosure an option or a bad choice?

I didn’t know where I could comfortably seek guidance. I tried to hide and deny what I was experiencing. Yet, God provided for my next step, and all I had to do was take it. He took care of the details. I had to put my trust in Him and follow His directions.
At first, I was afraid to talk to others about my knowledge. Eventually, it became less difficult. I am still walking on the edge of my comfort zone by writing and promoting this book. Speaking in front of groups was always difficult for me. God is calling me to do exactly that. Yet, He is providing me with the confidence for what would normally terrify me.
